1. Automatic Heating Oil Delivery

Hillside offers automatic home heating oil delivery services in New Castle County, DE, Cecil County, MD, and Southern Chester County, PA. Enjoy peace of mind with our worry-free service that keeps you warm all winter. You’ll be fueled during the coldest days and nights. You can stop monitoring your heating oil tank and permanently avoid emergency deliveries when extreme weather hits, and the world scrambles for heating fuel.
Automatic delivery: Never again worry about your fuel level! Hillside’s automatic delivery is available for all of our customers*. We use a computational-intense mathematical formula that notifies our team when a customer requires an oil delivery. This formula calculates your past deliveries and local weather to forecast when deliveries are needed. Don’t worry if you are a new customer. New accounts are based on an average of similar-sized homes in your area. The customer should schedule the first delivery; we’ll take over from there. *Heating oil deliveries may not be made if the account has an outstanding balance or an unsafe condition due to filling, vent, or tank issues.

2. Free Heater Tune-Up ($249 value)

You can’t prevent your home heating system from accumulating dirt, debris, and other particulates that affect its overall performance. An inefficient heating system can cause your heating bills to soar and sometimes be unsustainable. Heating systems can last long if properly maintained, so annual tune-ups will always be a wise investment.
Heater Tune-Up Includes the Following:
- 15-point heating system tune-up
- Replace the nozzle, one oil filter, and the pump strainer
- Clean, lubricate, and adjust burner, inspect all controls, and adjust if needed
- Vacuum and clean the boiler or furnace, smoke pipe, and base of the chimney (where needed and accessible)
- Inspect and clean combustion chamber – Oil circulating pump or fan motor and bearings
- Clean and adjust electrode and high-tension leads
- Check the pump, examine belts, pulleys, and couplings
3. Free Tank-Guard and Oil Tank Replacement Warranty
Your system will be ready to be protected.
The TANK-GUARD® Program is a corrosion protection and warranty service for basement and aboveground fuel oil tanks up to 330 gallons of capacity. With this program, we offer our customers an effective chemical corrosion inhibitor plus the security of our “peace-of-mind” tank replacement warranty (up to $2,000).
If you have a tank leak covered by the TANK-GUARD® warranty, your oil tank will be replaced at no charge (parts and labor). Removal and certified disposal of your old tank are included. Your oil tank is a vital heating system component and worth protecting. The TANK-GUARD® program offers the most complete tank protection with this warranty. Oil leaks can be serious, so please check your oil tank regularly and call Hillside at the first sign of any leak.

5. Budget Billing Plans

Monthly Budget Plans are Available. Hillside Oil Heating & Cooling offers a free payment plan. This convenient plan helps our customers pay an average monthly amount rather than peak season spikes in your bill. Seasonal changes and your energy use cause this.
Monthly budget payments allow customers to spread their heating expenses throughout the year. The calculation of a customer’s monthly budget is straightforward. Hillside uses estimated annual expenditures and divides that amount into equal monthly payments. The budget amount may be adjusted up or down as many times as needed throughout the season, depending on price and weather.
Eligibility.
To be eligible, a customer must be a homeowner and enroll into 24-months of automatic oil delivery. Maintenance plan, Tune-up, and Tank-guard are free only for the first year. You will have the option to renew each year. Offers are subject to credit approval.
