My technician, Michael Fields II, assures me that all is well with my systems. I trust his assessment so feel confident... that we will stay cool this summer and be warm this winter. He was polite, friendly, considerate, and EXTREEMLY popular with my pets. Bodhi and Baxter, one of the 2 dogs and one of the 2 cats, were very happy to follow him everywhere in the house. All 4 pets waited for him each time he went outside and made sure to get pets upon his return. They have always fixed my problems, even when no fault of their own (manufacturer issue.)
Most of the workers who... have came to my home have been beyond friendly and personable, which is always a huge plus.

A quick shout out to Casey in the office and Bill for taking the time to help. They got the right technician to fix a... heater they don't normally work on. Joey came to the house and in quick order took a look solved the problem and the garage has heat!!
Joey then did the fall check up on my main house heater! Joey is the heater guy!! Smart, efficient and so pleasant!

Pricing seemed a bit high for the repair provided, but I think this is a great example of you get what you pay for.... Service tech (Joe) called ahead, was prompt and on time, kept me well informed of the issue and options to fix it, and seemed honest in his evaluation of how to proceed with the repairs.

we have been purchasing oil for about 10 years and when we needed a new heater they were the first one that we received... an estimate from and after meet with the sales staff we decided that we would go with Hillside oil heating and cooling. the installation was done professionally and was completed on time. we used the heater for a year and just started the second heating season. so glad that we purchased the new one from Hillsideread more

Had an issue with our AC. Got an appointment for the next morning. This was our first service call as we are new... customers. Mike came out the next day. Wore a mask every time in my presence, even outside. Was expecting the worse. Turned out to be a small fix. Even though 2 days later it stopped again, Mike came back with the same pleasant attitude, replaced the motor and it has been working fine. One of the reasons we chose Hillside was the friendly vibe of their advertising. Being dog lovers ourselves, the dog on their brochure was a selling point. Mike did not disappoint in that aspect either. He got down on the floor and played with our dog before starting his repair.read more

So long story short-ish. In December of 2019 our hvac system decided to take a turn for the worst. So I started to do... the research on hvac companies, looking at reviews, how big the company is, believe it or not seeing how much money they spend on advertising ( which by the way is very expensive) also asking people who they use. I have heard alot of horror stories during my research, so I went with my gut.
I had hillside come out and give us a quote, Jerry was awesome no pressure answered my question without hesitation.
We went with them and just had our unit replaced on friday January 24th 2020, the crew arrived on time, they did a beyond awesome job, they left my house cleaner then they started, Jason kept me informed about what they where doing and I'm beyond stoked how well the system looks and runs. Being a automotive technician for 30 plus years I understand how important not only how the equipment is but how well the install looks. Take my advice and if you are in need of a hvac company pick hillside for your job, you won't regret it.read more

We have been with Hillside for years! I love that a real person answers the phone & they make you feel like you are... their only customer! I mainly deal with Casey who is great! I called for oil today but they were booked until the following week because of the holiday. She called me back immediately saying she could get a driver out there on Friday. (day after Thanksgiving) To my surprise the truck was here today. (the day I called!) I was so appreciative of this since temps are dropping this weekend, I felt compelled to write a nice review.
