Central Air Conditioning
Dedicated to Cooling Your Home
Central air conditioning systems are dedicated cooling systems. They are a closed-loop system that circulates refrigerant to cool the air. The central A/C system is independent of your heating system. However, they’re usually are paired with a furnace or boiler because they share the same delivery system to cool and heat your home.
Benefits of a Central Air:
- Multi-room Comfort During Hot Weather – Your home will receive evenly distributed cool air to achieve your desired temperature. Unlike window A/C units, a central air system can cool multiple rooms or your entire house while using less electricity.
- Cleaner & Healthier Air – A central air conditioning system uses filters to help improve the quality of your air. This helps eliminate pollen, dust, and lint from the air.
- Reduced Humidity Levels – Central air systems reduce the humidity levels throughout your home. A window A/C unit cannot keep up with the humidity as a central air system can. Dehumidifying the air improves indoor air quality and helps create a healthier environment by deterring the growth of mold and reducing the contaminants in the air.
- Reduced Noise – Because the compressor-bearing unit is located outside the home, the indoor noise level is much lower than that of a window air conditioning unit.
