“The old adage is: a friend in need is a friend indeed. Routine service under routine circumstances is the price of entry. Try having your compressor, under warranty, go down in late July. Then have the manufacturer say that the warranty replacement will be available AT THE END OF AUGUST. This is “in need”; where’s the friend? Look no further than Hillside. Jerry negotiates a new unit from Armstrong vs just the compressor. When the shipment schedule shows Tuesday & we have a house full of company for the weekend, the team does double duty to find a solution. A new unit is borrowed somewhere, to be replaced when the shipment arrives. Jessica calls daily, or twice daily, with updates. Heavy weather, forecast for Friday & Saturday, does not deter the resolve. Mike comes
Wednesday evening to remove the old unit, saving time on Friday am to beat the storm. 7:15 Friday the guys arrive and 2 hours later the cold air is circulating.

“I can’t say enough about Hillside oil. First of all, when you call them, a person answers the phone, not a recording. If you want to talk to the boss, Jimmy is right there. His customers are his number 1 priority. He even makes home visits to say “hi” and to see if yo have any concerns. Emmy Lou loves home visits too.
I never have to worry about running out of fuel. They keep track of it and automatically come and fill it. Any trouble with your furnace or A/C Hillside is right there. They have 24/7 service, even on Christmas. The servicemen are always on time, friendly, and professional. Jerry makes follow-ups to makes sure all went well. If you need a new A/C or furnace, Jerry makes home visits to go over your options with you and help to make the best decision. For someone like me who knows nothing about heating and A/C, I feel confident they will always take care of me. Keep up the good work Hillside and Emmy Lou.”
