What’s Included in a Furnace/Boiler Tune-Up?
Hillside Heating & Cooling’s 30-point Furnace Tune-Up includes:
- Replacement of the nozzle, oil filter, and pump strainer
- Cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting the burner, inspecting and adjusting controls as needed
- Vacuuming and cleaning the boiler or furnace, smoke pipe, and base of the chimney (where accessible)
- Inspecting and cleaning the combustion chamber, oil circulating pump or fan motor, and bearings
- Cleaning and adjusting the electrode and high-tension leads
- Checking the pump, and examining belts, pulleys, and couplings
Warm Air Systems:
Coverage for parts and labor associated with repairs or replacements due to normal wear and tear for one year. If equipment replacement or upgrade is needed, Hillside will credit the maintenance plan amount toward the replacement. The customer must schedule an annual tune-up to maintain the furnace’s condition.
