This winter is tough on everyone, please plan ahead more than normal

Everyone at Hillside is working hard to respond to our customers and their needs as quickly as possible. This unusually cold and snowy winter has meant there are days that our trucks have to stay off the roads for safety reasons, creating delivery delays. Our automatic customers can always rest assured that we take weather into account, and make automatic deliveries accordingly.

More snow and nasty weather is predicted. This will lead to unsafe driving conditions and potential delays. Hillside has the hardest working crew in our area. Our employees are dedicated to serving our customers with heating oil, and heating HVAC services. The delays caused by weather are completely out of our control. Please understand that any delay is not due to lack of concern or commitment to customer service excellence.

Delivery and service to our valued customers is a priority to Hillside. Our goal is to ensure that everyone stays warm during these cold winter days. While we typically can promise next-day delivery most of the year, this winter is throwing up obstacles at every turn. Please help Hillside help you, and plan ahead if you are not on our automatic delivery program. If you are not, consider automatic delivery for the future.
